-Mandatory for NEW Crossfit22 members that do not have any prior experience with CrossFit. The above quoted price includes 5 semi-private training sessions that focus on the basic movements utilized in our program. This program will be completed within a 2 week period of time. The OnRamp program will prepare you to begin group and open classes, it ensures that everyone starts with a similar base of knowledge and understanding of how CrossFit uses functional compound movements to achieve overall body fitness.
-After completing CrossFit OnRamp you will be able to perform the WODs confidently, safely, and effectively. This will allow you to focus on your performance during daily WODs instead of wondering how to perform a correct air squat or how to setup your rower.
