In Teams of 3 for time: 150 Push Jerk 115/85-Hollow rock hold 210 WallBall Shots 20/14-Hang from pull-up bar 15 100 Meter MB Sprint 20/14-Plan hold 600 Double Unders-Squat Hold
Reps may be split up however the team chooses but each team member must complete: 50 Push Jerk 70 WallBalls 5 MB Sprint 200 Dubs
Only one person may work at a time, the other 2 team members will hold a staid position.
