This Saturday May 16th my daughter Riley will be hosting a fundraiser for a school project. I am asking all of you on her behalf to please come and donate. There will be a short 5 minute burpee challenge that can be done at anytime on Saturday. If you cannot make it please donate. Info is on the flyer below.

There will still be a WOD posted for the 8:45 am class. The burpee challenge can be done before or after.  If you wish to only do the burpee challenge just drop in anytime between 8am-12pm.

50 Strict Press L1-45/35, L2-65/45, L3-95/65 Anytime you pause or stop 20 sit-ups.

For time: 100 Meter Run 10 Burpees 10 KB Swings 200 Meter Run 20 Burpees 20 KB Swings 400 Meter Run 30 Burpees 30 KB Swings 800 Meter Run 40 Burpees 40 KB Swings
