At the 15:00 6 rds: 4 Squat Cleans 155/105, 105/75, 75/55 16 V-ups 64 Double Unders 2:1 Singles

At the 40:00 10 min to establish: Squat Snatch 1RM *if time allows you can warm up prior to 10 min window in order to have more attempts at 1RM
