Buy-in
10 Rounds of:
10 KB Swings 70/50
10 Push-ups
One person performs KB swings while the other does push-ups. Once each has completed all 10 reps you will switch movements. Each person is to complete 5 full rounds.

THEN 2 Rounds of:
39 WallBall Shots 20/14
39 KB SDHP 70/50 
39 Goblet Squats 70/50
39 Toes to Bar
39 Box Jump Overs 24/20
39 Push Press 95/65
Only one person may work at a time. Split reps however you choose
