10 Russian KB Swings 50/35
10 Pull-ups
*Partner 1 will start on thrusters and partner 2 will start on pull-ups then partners will switch at the top of each minute until 10 minutes has expired on the clock.

OTM 10:
10 Burpees
10 Hang Power Cleans 135/95
*Partner 1 will start on burpees and partner 2 will start on SDHP then partners will switch at the top of each minute until 10 minutes has expired on the clock.

OTM 11:
10 Box Jumps 24/20
100 Meter Pumpkin (MedBall) Sprint
*Partner 1 will start on box jumps and partner 2 will start on sprint then partners will switch at the top of each minute until 11 minutes has expired on the clock.
