6 Rounds on the 3 Minutes of:
15 Overhead Squats 95/65, 65/45, 45/30
10 Bar Facing Burpees
5 Muscle Ups/ Rings MU or Scaled version learned in class
*Each round is a sprint. Rest remaining time til next round begins. L1 Scale reps if needed.
