January 2: OPEN GYM 8am-10am ONLY


WARM UP

3 Rounds:
150 Single Jump Rope
10 Deadlift
10 Hang Power Clean
10 Push Jerk

Start warm up with an empty barbell then add 10 lbs each round.  
After the 3rd round warm up to WOD weight.

12 Deadlifts 155/105, 105/75, 75/55
9 Hang Power Cleans 155/105, 105/75, 75/55
6 Push Jerks 155/105, 105/75, 75/55

REST 5 MINUTES

100 Bar Facing Burpees
