For Time:
150 reps of each movement. One athlete working at a time, must complete all 150 reps of movement before moving to the next.

The score is the time to completion.

14 AMRAP
Relay style, first athlete must complete full round, then next athlete completes round.

15 Sit Ups
25 Double Unders
The score will be the total reps completed in the 14 minutes.
