"My Five Frans"
Complete 5 Rds of the following:
Thrusters (you choose weight)
Pull-ups (you choose type of pull-up: jumping, kip, butterfly, C2B)
REST 3 MINUTES BETWEEN FRANS
There is a 3 minute cap on every round, and you must finish in 3 minutes to move onto the next round. Choose weight and pull-up style wisely!
The goal IS NOT to see how many RX's Frans you can do. Instead scale down, get straight sets, and finish all 5 rounds.
