As you all know,  we will be moving into our new facility next week!!  We are super duper excited to be teaming up w FNX and can't wait for you to see it!  We would love for you all to come out, enjoy some food and check our new digs.  All classes will be held at the new location, beginning Thursday Oct. 26, at 5:30am.

On a 15-minute clock, for max reps each round:
From 0:00-3:00, run 400 meters then do Max Rep Hand Release Push-ups
    Rest 1 minute
From 4:00-7:00, run 400 meters then do Max Rep Deadlifts 225/155, 155/115, 115/75
    Rest 1 minute
From 8:00-11:00, run 400 meters then do Max Rep Hand Release Push-ups
    Rest 1 minute
From 12:00-15:00, run 400 meters then do Max Rep Deadlifts
