*Athletes must go in order established prior to WOD


FOR TIME
10 Pull-ups
20 Push Press 135/95, 95/65, 65/45
30 Burpees over the bar
40 Front Squats 95/65, 65/45, 45/30
50 Box Jumps 20/24
60 Double Unders

FOR TIME
*Each athlete has to do 2 movements established prior to WOD
1 Person will hang from the pull-ups rig
Other teammates
150 KB Swings 50/35, 35/25, 25/20
90 Deadlift 185/125, 135/95, 95/65
Whenever 1 person comes off of the rig, all teammates MUST switch. Each person on the team must complete at least 1 rep of each movement. 2 people can work at the same time.
