In teams of 3 for time:
EACH team member must move 10,000 1 rep at a time using the following 3 lifts:
1 Deadlift
1 Strict Press
1 Back Squat
Everyone works at the same time rotating through the 3 lifts.
May sub DB press or KB Press if needed.
