20 Rounds for time:
7 Chest 2 Bar Pull-ups
14 KB Swings 70/50, 50/35, 35/25
1 Sled Push 135/90, 90/70, 70/45
Partner will start on the pull-ups and KB swings while partner 2 starts on the sled. Once both athlete's have completed their portion of the round they will then switch until each has completed 10 full rounds.
