 OTM 20
1. Calorie Row 15/12
2. 10 WallBall Shots + 10 MedBall Cleans

Partner 1 will start with the row and partner 2 will start with MB cleans and push-ups
Alternate back and forth for 20 minutes completing 10 rounds each of 1&2.
2 burpee penalty for each calorie or rep not completed in the minute, to do be done at the end of the workout.
