Complete 5 Rds of the following

21-15-9

Thrusters (you choose weight)

Pull-ups (you choose style jumping, kip, butterfly, C2B)

REST 2 MIN BETWEEN FRAN'S

There is a 3 minute cap on every round and you must finish in 3 minutes to move onto the next round.  CHOOSE WEIGHT AND PULL-UP STYLE WISELY!  The goal is not to see how many RX Fran's you can do.  Instead scale down, get straight sets, and finish all 5 rounds.
